HF 970 (Vang) - Mental health service payment and denial of payment clarified, health professional education loan forgiveness program provisions modified, mental health professional licensing board requirements modified, mental health provider continuing education requirements modified, mental health practitioner requirements modified, and various other provisions modified; and money appropriated. *Discussion/amendments/testimony will be limited to sections 1-6 only.*
HF 586 (Murphy) - Volunteer drivers receiving funding from public transit participation program clarified as not for hire.
HF 1576 (Bahner) - Pharmacy benefit managers prohibited from contractually restricting pharmacies from discussing reimbursement amount to enrollees or health carriers.
HF 1493 (Stephenson) - Student loan servicers licensure required, certain student loan servicing practices prohibited, and money appropriated.
HF 1433 (Frederick) - Biofuels education and marketing program provided, biofuel education and promotion council established, compatibility standard compliance required, minimum biofuel standard modified, technical changes made, and reports required.
HF 1165 (Wazlawik) - Biodegradable or compostable item labeling requirements modified.
HF 737 (O’Driscoll) -Real property appraiser continuing education credit, evaluations, and standards of conduct modified.
HF 1067 (Davnie) - Checking account requirements modified.
