1. HF 4019 (Moller) Victim-identifying supporting documentation submitted by medical service provider to sexual assault exam payment program ensured to be classified private data, consistent definition of crime victim provided in statutes, and voluntary donation or gift excluded as collateral source for crime victim reimbursement.
2. HF 4020 (Moller) Registration and verification process for individuals required to register as predatory offenders modified.
3. HF 3991 (Feist) Restorative practices restitution program created, ability of court to order fine in delinquency proceeding or juvenile major water or traffic offender proceeding eliminated, and conforming and technical changes made.
4. HF 3957 (Greenman) Occupational health and safety provisions modified.
5. HF 3527 (Greenman) Minnesota Voting Rights Act established, legislative findings made, actions that result in voter suppression or vote dilution made by political subdivisions or officials/entities with responsibilities relating to election administration prohibited, civil cause of action established for violations, notice prior to a claim required, and remedies established.
6. HF 4444 (Greenman) Misclassification of employees prohibited.

Committee discussion of all bills will be limited to the provisions within the jurisdiction of the Judiciary Finance and Civil Law Committee. Items may be taken up in any order, items may be added or removed at the chair's discretion.

HF 4043 (Agbaje) Allocation of incarcerated persons based on their last known address in Minnesota required, Department of Corrections required to collect last residential address of an inmate before incarceration.

HF 3799 (Norris) Office of Animal Protection established and duties provided, definition of crime of violence expanded, and money appropriated.

HF 4591 (Tabke) Protective agent license made necessary for private companies to transport prisoners, license revocation required for acts committed by a licensee or employee of a licensee, and minimum administrative penalty required for violations.

HF 3671 (Pinto) Definition of child in need of protection or services modified.

HF 4101 (Urdahl) Notice of any order for protection, hearing on an order for protection, and cancellation or modification of an order for protection given to a custodian of a petitioner's minor children required.
