2024 Governor's bonding recommendation for MN Housing Finance Agency

HF 3631 (Lee) Previous appropriations for capital projects amended. NOTE: HF 3631 will be heard on an informational only basis. No formal action will be taken.

The following bills will given an official hearing:
HF 4194 (Howard) Housing infrastructure bonds eligible uses expanded, and additional housing infrastructure bonds issuance authorized.
HF 4271 (Howard) Housing and redevelopment authorities authorized to create public corporations for the purpose of purchasing, owning, and operating properties converted under the federal Rental Assistance Demonstration program.

AMENDMENTS: Amendments to HF 4194 and HF 4271 are due to the Committee Administrator Jenny.Nash@house.mn.gov by 1:00 pm on Friday, March 1.
