Starting Line: 2015 Session Recap

The purpose of our weekly segment Starting Line is to track bills through the complicated legislative process and showcase unknown bills with the potential to impact Minnesotans.

This session we tracked 16 bills on Starting Line. Myriad topics were covered in the eight Republican and eight DFL bills highlighted, from surveillance drones to the legal drinking age and unclaimed state lottery prize money.

Were any of the bills signed into law? In our Starting Line finale, we recap where the bills ended up and which bills, if any, were signed into law by the governor.
