NOTE: THIS IS NOW A JOINT HEARING WITH SENATE TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE Minnesota Legislative Auditor James Nobles and his staff will present the findings in a newly released legislative program evaluation on the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MNDOT) project selection process. This Program Evaluation audit will not be released to the public until after 9 am on the date of the hearing. We will post the copy of the program evaluation report as it becomes available. Hard copies of the report will also be available to the public at the hearing. testifying for the Office of the Minnesota Legislative Auditor (OLA): James Nobles, Legislative Auditor David Kirchner, Evaluation Manager Also MNDOT agency response/ testimony to the program evaluation will be taken during the hearing.
