Overview of recurring agriculture policy issues and recent history: Colbey Sullivan, House Research Potential topics to be covered include Farmer-Lender Mediation Act, the Corporate Farm Law, food safety, biofuels, industrial hemp, pet breeders, and feedlots. The Minnesota Department of Agriculture has invited members and committee staff to tour its labs immediately after the committee adjourns, approximately 11:30.
