Potential topics to be covered include Farmer-Lender Mediation Act, the Corporate Farm Law, food safety, biofuels, industrial hemp, pet breeders, and feedlots.

The Minnesota Department of Agriculture has invited members and committee staff to tour its labs immediately after the committee adjourns, approximately 11:30. Members and committee staff who are unable to attend this tour will have another opportunity on Thursday, January 29, 2015 between 10:15 and noon.
