The House Health Committee will be hearing the Governor's Supplemental budget on Monday, 28th at 1 PM. The Committee will take continued testimony on the MDH Supplemental budget (HF4398) and will hear from DHS on the DHS section of the Governor's Supplemental budget (HF4576). Members of the public interested in testifying should email Patrick.McQuillan@house.mn and note which Article/Section of the bill you would like to testify on. Testimony will be limited to two minutes.

HF4398 (Liebling) State agencies and departments; various provisions modified relating to Department of Health, water supply systems and wastewater treatment facilities, education and loan forgiveness, law enforcement, and drug overdose and substance use; reports required; and money appropriated. HF4576 (Liebling) Opioid crisis response, health care, and health insurance access governing provisions modified; forecast adjustments made; reports required; money transferred; technical and conforming changes made; fund allocated; grants established; and money appropriated.
