MINUTES


Representative Lillie, Chair of the Legacy Finance Committee, called the virtual meeting to order at 8:31 AM on March 16th pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was conducted over Zoom and broadcast via House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative ACOMB moved to approve the minutes from March 9th. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative LILLIE moved that HF3726 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Legacy Finance omnibus bill.

Representative Ecklund introduced HF3726.

Testifying on the bill:
- David Hartwell: Chair, Lessard-Sams Outdoor Heritage Council
- Mark Johnson: Executive Director, Lessard-Sams Outdoor Heritage Council
- Joe Pavelko: Assistant Director, Lessard-Sams Outdoor Heritage Council

Representative Ecklund introduced an amendment to HF3726. Amendment A4.

Representative LILLIE moved to adopt the amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative GREEN introduced an amendment to HF3726 as amended. Amendment A2.

Representative GREEN moved to adopt the amendment. A roll call was taken, and the results were as follows:

The meeting was adjourned at 10:01 AM.
