Representative Jennifer Schultz, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:30 am on March 15, 2022, remotely via Zoom and broadcast via House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Lead Albright moved that the minutes from March 11, 2022, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF167 (Stephenson) Presentence investigation and written report requirement modified.
Chair Schultz moved the A6 Amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Chair Schultz moved to rerefer HF167, as amended, to the Commerce Committee.
