MINUTES

Representative Jennifer Schultz, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:30 am on February 16th, 2021 remotely via Zoom and broadcast via House Public Information Services.


The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Rep. Robbins moved that the minutes from February 11th, 2021 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF375 (Youakim) Minors aged 16 or older authorized to nonresidential mental health services consent.
Rep. Schultz moved to adopt the division report from Behavioral Health Division. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Schultz moved that HF375 be recommended for placement on the General Register.

Rep. Schultz renewed her motion that HF375 be recommended for placement on the General Register.

Rep. Schultz moved HF635 before the committee.
