St. Paul, MN—State Representative Spencer Igo, R-Wabana Township, and Chair of the IRRRB issued the following statement on the passing of former IRRRB Commissioner Mark Phillips:
“Commissioner Phillips was someone who dedicated his life to serving others and to building a strong and prosperous Iron Range. Our region could always count on Mark to be a friend and advocate for the communities and families that call this place home. My thoughts and prayers are with Commissioner Phillips’ family during their time of loss.”
