Rep. Grossell Statement on the Tragic Deaths of Three Burnsville First Responders Saint Paul, MN — State Representative and retired law enforcement officer Matt Grossell (R – Clearbrook) issued the following statement on the tragic deaths of two Burnsville law enforcement officers and a paramedic at an incident this morning that has also left another officer in critical condition. “My heart goes out to the three families who received this devastating news this morning.” Said Rep. Grossell. “I offer my heartfelt prayers to the families and friends of these brave first responders. This is an incredibly difficult time and my thoughts are with the Burnsville Fire and Police Departments as well as the entire first responder community as we mourn our fallen.” “This tragedy is a stark reminder of the dangerous situations that our first responders face every day. They put their lives on the line to protect us, and it's our responsibility to show them the respect and appreciation they deserve. Let us come together and build a culture that respects those who have taken up the oath to put others first in service to their community.” ### |
