Hope you have a happy holiday season and I encourage you to please do what you can to contribute to organizations that assist those in need. Our food shelves can feel a pinch this time of year as demand rises, so please help as you can.
The arrival of the New Year brings us the start of the 2021 legislative session, which is scheduled to begin Jan. 5. That is the date Rep.-elect Jordan Rasmusson officially will take over for me in District 8A as I head into retirement after nearly a quarter century in the Minnesota House. If you have not yet met Mr. Rasmusson, he is a fine, young man and will be a strong Representative for the people in our area.
