NOTE: For the purpose of making a corrective referral, the following bill will be moved to the Health and Human Services Policy Committee without recommendation: HF3359 (Moller) Consumer-directed community support existing session law codified. AGENDA: HF3557 (Masin) Nursing facility setting prohibition from receiving medical education and research cost funding removed. HF3236 (Lippert) Nursing home energy efficiency grant program established, and money appropriated. HF2153 (Schultz) Elderly waiver payment rates modified, and report required.
