MINUTES

Representative Alice Hausman, Chair of the Housing Finance and Policy Committee, called the virtual meeting to order at 10:30 A.M. on Tuesday, February 23rd, 2021 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Howard moved approval of the Minutes from Thursday, February 18th. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE ADOPTED.

HF 112 (Bernardy) Manufactured home park residents provided purchase opportunity

Chair Hausman moved that HF 112 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the committee on Commerce Finance and Policy.

Chair Hausman moved that HF 896 be laid over for possible inclusion

HF 747 (Hornstein) 30-year affordability required on rental housing projects financed through MHFA.

Chair Hausman moved that HF 747 be laid over for possible inclusion.
