Representative Dave Pinto, Chair of the Children and Families Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:51 A.M. on February 29th, 2023, in Room 200N of the State Office Building.

Representative Kotyza Witthuhn moved that the minutes from February 20th, 2024 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Nelson moved that the minutes minutes of February 22nd, 2024 be adopted as corrected by staff. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF3721 (Coulter) School-age care programs allowed to provide preschool care, and school-age care revenue increased.

Representative Coulter moved that HF3721 be re-referred to the Committee on Education Finance and Policy.
