MINUTES

Representative Alice Hausman, Chair of the Housing Finance and Policy Committee, called the virtual meeting to order at 10:30 A.M. on Thursday, March 11th, 2021 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Gomez moved approval of the Minutes from Tuesday, March 9th. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE ADOPTED.

Rep. Howard assumed the gavel as chair.

HF 12 (Hausman) Eviction Moratorium Executive Order Off Ramp

Rep. Hausman moved that House File 12 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the committee on Judiciary Finance and Civil Law.

Rep. Hausman moved the DE1 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
