III. HF 1306 (Elkins) Metropolitan Council authorized to issue administrative citations for transit fare evasion and impose civil fines, and technical and clarifying changes made.
IV. HF 695 (Becker-Finn) Driving under the influence provisions for recreational vehicle enforcement uniformity provided, and criminal penalties provided

Community Supervision Day

II. HF 1641 (Becker-Finn) Community Corrections Act; federally recognized Indian tribe participation policy and procedures working group required, and report required.
III. HF 1097 (O’Neill) Alternatives to Incarceration grant program expanded to address technical violations by nonviolent controlled substance offenders, report required, and money appropriated.
IV. HF 1074 (Winkler) State and local jail and prison inmates required to be housed in publicly owned and operated jails and prisons, and state and counties prohibited from contracting with private prisons.

III. HF 478 (Feist) Courts provided guidance on sentencing veterans for criminal offenses related to a service-related disorder.
