HF1668 (Stephenson) - Electric vehicle purchase preference established for state fleet, motor vehicle dealer training certification required, rebates provided, utilities required to file plans with the Public Utilities Commission to promote electric vehicles, grants awarded to automobile dealers to defray cost of manufacturer certification allowing electric vehicle sales, and money appropriated.
