Public testimony on Omnibus Health and Human Services Finance bill (HF1638). If you would like to testify, please contact the Committee Legislative Assistant, Chris Stolarzyk, at chris.stolarzyk@house.mn.

Omnibus Health and Human Services Finance bill (HF1638) mark-up. Amendments due to the Committee Administrator by 3:00 PM on Saturday, April 18th.

The committee will hear public testimony during the afternoon, recess and in the evening mark up the Omnibus bill.

HF1638 will be the HHS Omnibus bill. The DE amendment to HF 1638 will be posted to the committee website no later than 9 am on Thursday, April 16th. The committee will walkthrough the DE amendment during our committee time. No official action will be taken on the amendment.

HF1654 (Atkins) will be an informational hearing. No official action will be taken.

HF1638 (Dean) - Omnibus health and human services finance bill.
HF1654 (Atkins) - Hospitals required to provide staffing at levels consistent with nationally accepted standards, reporting of staffing levels required, and civil penalties imposed.
