ST. PAUL— Today, Governor Mark Dayton delivered his eighth and final state of the state address. Representative Clark Johnson (DFL- North Mankato) released the following statement:
"The bottom line is Minnesotans want better healthcare choices and the MinnesotaCare Buy-In gives Minnesotans that choice. I applaud the Governor for sticking with the many Minnesotans who want the opportunity to buy into MinnesotaCare in the individual market.
“It's irresponsible of House Republicans to avoid even talking about the MinnesotaCare Buy-In when so many more people do not have health insurance and are looking for a better option for their families."
