Rep. Joe Radinovich Informing Constituents, Business Leaders of IRRRB’s Free Online Building and Site Locator Tool

Friday, April 19, 2013

St. Paul, Minnesota — State Representative Joe Radinovich (DFL – Crosby) is informing constituents and local business leaders and site selectors about a new tool from the Iron Range Resources and Rehabilitation Board. The IRRRB recently launched the new tool, located online at irrrbproperties.com. The tool enables visitors, particularly business leaders and site selectors, to explore the wide range of available buildings and properties in northeastern Minnesota.  In addition, visitors can view community profile information such as demographics, labor force wages and housing--all available at the region, county, and community level.

Using Geographic Information System (GIS) Software, the website tools provide access to in-depth information, including powerful real estate search, demographic analysis, industry reports, along with dynamic mapping tools. The applications are built upon GIS Planning and Google Maps technology, which offer state-of-the-art site selection analysis capabilities.

“This is an excellent tool and I encourage area business leaders and site selectors to use it and see all of the great opportunities available to them in our region,” said Rep. Radinovich. “As more local leaders and communities enter information, the tool will become even more useful.”

The site features data on every city and township in the IRRRB’s service area, all of which are able to add information to the site for free.
