MINUTES

Representative Noor, Chair of the Workforce and Business Development Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:00 P.M. on March 5th, 2021. The meeting was broadcasted via Zoom and House Public Information Services. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Olson moved to approve the minutes for the March 3rd, 2021 meeting. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE ADOPTED.

HF 728 (Lee) Redevelopment appropriation bond issuance authorized for areas damaged by civil unrest, and money appropriated.

Chair Noor moved to amend HF 728 with the A3 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Noor moved to amend HF 1844 with the DE1 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
