LEGACY FINANCE COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative Leon Lillie, Chair of the Committee on Legacy Finance, called the meeting to order at 10:38 AM on March 22, 2023, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Vang moved that the minutes from March 17, 2023 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 1965 (Finke) Como Park Zoo and Conservatory funding provided, and money appropriated.

Vice-Chair Hussein moved that HF 1965 be laid over for possible inclusion in future Legacy Finance Committee omnibus bill.

Representative Finke presented HF 1965.

Vice-Chair Hussein renewed the motion that HF 1965 be laid over for possible inclusion in a future Legacy Finance Committee omnibus bill. The bill was laid over.

Vice-Chair Hussein moved that HF 68 be laid over for possible inclusion in a future Legacy Finance Committee omnibus bill.
