HUMAN SERVICES POLICY COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative Peter Fischer, Chair of the Committee on Human Services Policy called the meeting to order at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, March 13, 2024 in room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Engen moved to approve the minutes from March 11, 2024. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


HF4014 (Acomb) Rule on opioid treatment program medication dispensing for take-home uses modified.

Chair Fischer moves that HF 4014 be referred to the Human Services Finance Committee.

Rep. Acomb presented the bill.
