CLIMATE AND ENERGY FINANCE AND POLICY MINUTES

Representative Patty Acomb, Chair of the Committee on Climate and Energy Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 3:00 PM on March 26, 2024, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Kraft moved that the minutes from March 20, 2024 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 3946 (Carroll) – Commercial property assessed clean energy program modified.

Representative Carroll moved that HF 3946 be laid over for possible inclusion.

Representative Carroll moved the A2 amendment to HF 3946. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Carroll presented HF 3946 as amended.

Testifying:

Representative Carroll renewed his motion that HF 3946 as amended be laid over for possible inclusion.

HF 3946 as amended was laid over.

Vice Chair Kraft assumed the gavel at 3:21 PM.

HF 4975 (Acomb) – Renewable development account report repealed.

Chair Acomb moved that HF 4975 be laid over for possible inclusion.

Chair Acomb presented HF 4975.

Chair Acomb moved that HF 4177 be laid over for possible inclusion.

Chair Acomb presented HF 4177.
