CLIMATE AND ENERGY FINANCE AND POLICY MINUTES

Representative Larry Kraft, Vice - Chair of the Committee on Climate and Energy Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 3:00 PM on March 29, 2023 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Swedzinski moved that the minutes from March 28, 2023 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 2754 (Acomb); Climate and Energy Omnibus

Chair Acomb moved that HF 2754 be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means. Chair Acomb moved the DE1 Amendment.
Chair Acomb moved the A10 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Bierman moved the A7 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Rehm moved the A3 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Swedzinski moved the A11 Amendment. THE MOTION DID NOT PREVAIL. THE AMENDMENT WAS NOT ADOPTED.

Representative Swedzinski moved the A5 Amendment. THE MOTION DID NOT PREVAIL. THE AMENDMENT WAS NOT ADOPTED.

Representative Swedzinski moved the A12 Amendment. THE MOTION DID NOT PREVAIL. THE AMENDMENT WAS NOT ADOPTED.

Representative Swedzinski withdrew the A4 Amendment.

Representative Swedzinski moved the A8 Amendment. THE MOTION DID NOT PREVAIL. THE AMENDMENT WAS NOT ADOPTED.

Representative Swedzinski moved the A6 Amendment. THE MOTION DID NOT PREVAIL. THE AMENDMENT WAS NOT ADOPTED.

Representative Swedzinski moved the A9 Amendment. THE MOTION DID NOT PREVAIL. THE AMENDMENT WAS NOT ADOPTED.

Chair Acomb renewed the motion on the DE1 Amendment, as amended. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Acomb renewed the motion that HF 2754 as amended be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The meeting was adjourned at 4:16 PM.
