MINUTES

Representative Rena Moran, Chair of the Committee, called the remote Ways and Means Committee meeting to order at 10:30 A.M. on Monday, March 8, 2021, pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was conducted over Zoom and broadcast via House Public Information Services and Facebook Live.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Olson moved to adopt the minutes from Monday, March 1, 2021. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


HF269 (Morrison) Psychology interjurisdictional compact created, and money appropriated

Chair Moran moved that HF269 be recommended to be placed on the General Register.

Representative Morrison presented HF269.

Sam Sands, Executive Director, Board of Psychology, answered questions on HF269.

Chair Moran renewed the motion that HF269 be recommended to be placed on the General Register. A roll call was taken, and the results were as follows:

Representative Liebling moved that HF1438 be recommended to be placed on the General Register.

Representative Liebling moved to adopt the H1438A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
