MINUTES


Representative Frank Hornstein, Chair of the Transportation Finance and Policy Committee, called the virtual meeting to order at 1:00pm on March 31, 2022, pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Petersburg moved that the March 29 minutes be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


HF4571 (Pinto) - Reintegration license established for individuals released from custody.

Chair Hornstein moved to lay over HF 4571 for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Chair Hornstein moved that the H4571DE1 amendment be adopted. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Rep. Pinto gave an overview on HF 4571, as amended.

Chair Hornstein moved that the H2904A5 amendment be adopted. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Rep. Hornstein moved that the H3931DE1 amendment be adopted. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Rep. Olson offered the H3931A2 amendment.
