MINUTES


Representative Frank Hornstein, Chair of the Transportation Finance and Policy Committee, called the virtual meeting to order at 1:00pm on March 16, 2021, pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Petersburg moved to adopt the minutes from the March 12 meeting. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


HF 2172 (Wolgamott) School bus stop-signal arm violation fines required to be deposited into the school bus stop-signal arm camera grant account, commissioner of public safety required to make grants, and money appropriated.

Chair Hornstein moved that HF 2172 be referred to the Judiciary Finance and Civil Law Committee.

Chair Hornstein moved that the A21-0086 amendment be adopted. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
