MINUTES


Representative Frank Hornstein, Chair of the Transportation Finance and Policy Committee, called the virtual meeting to order at 1:00pm on March 4, 2021, pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Petersburg moved to adopt the minutes from the March 2 meeting. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


HF 162 (Fischer) Homeless youth birth record and ID card issuance procedures established, data classified, and money appropriated.

Chair Hornstein moved that HF 162 be rereferred to the Health Finance and Policy Committee.

Rep. Fischer gave an overview of HF 162.

Chair Hornstein renewed the motion that HF 162 be rereferred to the Health and Finance and Policy Committee. The results were as follows:
