MINUTES


Representative Frank Hornstein, Chair of the Transportation Finance and Policy Committee, called the virtual meeting to order at 1:00pm on February 4, 2021, pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Hornstein called the meeting order at 1:00pm. A quorum was present.

Representative Petersburg moved that the minutes of February 2 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 336 (Becker-Finn) Drivers' license suspension authority of commissioner of public safety modified, retroactive driver's license reinstatement provided, technical changes made, and report required.

Chair Hornstein moved that HF 336 be referred to the Public Safety and Criminal Justice Reform Finance and Policy Committee.

Chair Hornstein moved that the HF 336A4 amendment be adopted. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Jamie Becker-Finn gave an overview of HF 336, as amended.
