MINUTES


Representative Frank Hornstein, Chair of the Transportation Finance and Policy Committee, called the virtual meeting to order at 1:00pm on February 11, 2021, pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. John Petersburg moved that the minutes of February 9 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


HF 482 (Petersburg) Waseca County; Trunk Highway 13 portion designated as Corporal Caleb L. Erickson Memorial Highway

Rep. Petersburg moved that HF 482 be referred to the Ways and Means Committee.

Chair Hornstein moved that the H0502A1 amendment be adopted. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
