PROPERTY TAX DIVISION

MINUTES

Representative Youakim, Chair of the Property Tax Division, called the remote meeting to order at 3:00 P.M. on February 10, 2021, pursuant to House Rule 10.01. The meeting is being broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

Chair Youakim welcomed Representative Her to the Property Tax Division.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Fischer moved the approval of the February 3, 2021 minutes. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 496 (Marquart) Citizens' property tax advisory committee established, additional
information required to be sent with the notice of proposed property taxes, and
Minnesota Property Taxpayer's Day established

Representative Marquart moved that HF 496 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Property Tax Division Report.

Representative Marquart presented the bill.

Representative Marquart renewed his motion that HF 496 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Property Tax Division Report.
