FINANCE & POLICY MINUTES

Representative Connie Bernardy, Chair of the Committee on Higher Education Finance and Policy, called the virtual meeting to order at 3:00 PM on March 15, 2022, pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was conducted over Zoom and broadcast via House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Sandstede moved that the minutes of March 9, 2022, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

SF 3372 (Lislegard); Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis research funding provided, and money appropriated.

Representative Bernardy moved that SF 3372 be referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.

Representative Bernardy moved that HF 4220 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Representative Bernardy moved that HF 4223 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Representative Bernardy renewed the motion that HF 4223 be laid over for possible inclusion in a committee omnibus bill.
