MINUTES

Representative Jennifer Schultz, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:30 am on February 11th, 2021 remotely via Zoom and broadcast via House Public Information Services.


The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Bahner moved that the minutes from February 10th, 2021 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF163 (Fischer) Parenting with a disability support services pilot project established, report required, and money appropriated

Rep. Fischer moved the A1 amendment THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Testifiers:
• Darrell Paulsen-Paulsen and Company, Inc.
• Nikki Villavicencio Maplewood City Council Member

Rep. Fischer moved that HF163, as amended, be laid over for possible inclusion in a budget omnibus.


HF296 (Noor) Parental contribution fees eliminated on services for children with disabilities

Rep. Noor moved the A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Rep. Noor moved that HF296, as amended, be laid over for possible inclusion in a budget omnibus.
