STATE GOVERNMENT FINANCE & ELECTIONS COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative Michael V. Nelson, Chair of the Committee, called the virtual State Government Finance & Elections Committee meeting to order at 8:30 AM, March 18, 2021 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was conducted over Zoom and broadcast via House Public Information Services and Facebook Live.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Koznick moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on March 16, 2021 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Nelson moved HF903 be referred to the General Register.

HF903 (Becker-Finn); Establishing government-to-government relationship with Minnesota Tribal Nations.

Chair Nelson moved Amendment H0903DE2. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
