STATE GOVERNMENT FINANCE & ELECTIONS COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative Michael V. Nelson, Chair of the Committee, called the virtual State Government Finance & Elections Committee meeting to order at 8:30 AM, March 4, 2021 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was conducted over Zoom and broadcast via House Public Information Services and Facebook Live.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Carlson moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on March 2, 2021 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Nelson moved HF897.

HF897 (Huot); Modifying membership requirements of the Gambling Control Board.

Representative Nash moved Amendment H0897A2.

Representative Nash requested a roll call vote.

The following testified on Amendment H0897A2:

Representative Nash renewed the motion to adopt Amendment H0897A2.
