STATE GOVERNMENT FINANCE & ELECTIONS COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative Michael V. Nelson, Chair of the Committee, called the virtual State Government Finance & Elections Committee meeting to order at 8:30 AM, February 12, 2021 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was conducted over Zoom and broadcast via House Public Information Services and Facebook Live.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Elkins moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on February 11, 2021 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Nelson moved HF300 be referred to the Committee on Labor, Industry, Veterans and Military Affairs Finance & Policy.

HF300 (Huot); Establishing a Capitol flag program for families of military service members and first responders who die in the line of duty; providing a Capitol flag program study and pilot program.
