I. HF 93 (Mariani) Law enforcement citizen oversight council establishment by local units of government required; warrior-style training for peace officers prohibited, neck restraint use prohibited, residency requirements for peace officers required, and money appropriated.
II. HF 92 (Mariani) Public safety critical incident stress management information prohibited as evidence, law enforcement use of force reported, critical incident review process established for peace officer involved shootings, Office of Community-Led Safety Coordination established, grants established to promote co-responder teams, grants established to promote community healing, standards established for crisis interventions and mental illness crisis training for peace officers, development and implementation of autism training required for peace officers, reports required and money appropriated.
III. SF104/HF 1 (Mariani) Reforming Accountability Act; peace officer's authority to use deadly force modified, prosecutorial authority assigned to the attorney general for peace-officer-involved deaths, independent Bureau of Criminal Apprehension independent Use of Force Investigations Unit established, money bail use limited for certain offenses, reports required, and money appropriated.
IV. *HF 132 (Noor) Establishing a special master panel to make awards to compensate for damages suffered by certain persons resulting from the civil unrest during May and June of 2020; appropriating money.
V. HF 41 (Pinto): Child care assistance provider reimbursement rates modified.
VI. HF 105 (Liebling) Extending the expiration of the executive order relating to use of telemedicine in the state medical cannabis program; extending the expiration of certain human services program waivers and modifications issued by the commissioner of human services pursuant to executive orders during the peacetime emergency declared in response to the COVID-19 pandemic; establishing a 60-day period for the commissioner of human services to transition affected programs off of COVID-19 waivers and modifications following expiration of the peacetime emergency; appropriating money.

HF 134 (Hansen) Prioritizing expenditures from the dry cleaner environmental response and reimbursement account; banning perchloroethylene; modifying prior appropriation; appropriating money for cost-share program; amending Minnesota Statutes 2018, section 115B.49, subdivision 3; Laws 2019, First Special Session chapter 4, article 1, section 2, subdivision 10; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 325E. XI. BILL ADDED: SF 47/HF 128 (Marquart) Providing aid and reimbursements to counties, cities, and towns to fund expenses related to COVID-19; appropriating money from the coronavirus relief federal fund.
