HF3215 (Huntley) Governor's supplemental budget language bill. The committee will not have formal possession of the bill at this time. This will be an informational hearing and we will not be taking testimony nor taking any official action on the bill.
HF2472 (Dorholt) Mental health crisis intervention and stabilization services modified
Pending re-referral, we will also hear:
HF2446 (Simonson) Board of Pharmacy cease and desist authority granted to prevent the sale of synthetic drugs, laws governing misbranding or adulterated drugs modified, drug definition expanded, sunset and legislative reporting requirement for the Board of Pharmacy's emergency drug scheduling authority repealed, training and expert support provided in the prosecution of synthetic drug cases, public education plan established, and money appropriated.
HF2241 (Savick) Medical assistance asset availability requirements modified.
HF2797 (Loeffler) Medical assistance personal need allowance increased for persons in facilities.
HF2556 (Newton) Veterans housing and long-term care; new residential facility moratorium exemptions provided, grants provided for veteran housing needs assessments, and money appropriated.
