Pursuant to House Rule 4.20, HF1714 was returned to the Committee on Government Operations from the General Register. The committee will not take public testimony on this bill, as it was heard and debated on the merits during the 2019 legislative session. Only technical amendments may be offered for this bill. The committee will be making a procedural vote to move the bill out of committee and back to the General Register.

HF3433 (Cantrell) Subminimum wage eliminated, task force on subminimum wage elimination created, statutes and rules allowing payment to employees with disabilities repealed, and money appropriated.

HF4018 (Carlson, A.) Public Employee Retirement Association increased employer contribution funding provided through extending aid to local governments.
