XII. HF505 (Fischer) State flag design task force created.

*These bills will be procedural motions to refer without recommendation to another committee. HF 998 will be recommended to be referred to Public Safety and Criminal Justice Reform. HF 982 will be recommended to be referred to Judiciary Finance and Civil Law.
