Public Testimony of individual Minnesotans and representatives of interested groups or stakeholders are invited to participate and speak to the committee. Tell the committee your vision and expectations of how the Outdoor Heritage Fund and the Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund should be structured and how the anticipated money each fund will have should be spent.
