TESTIFYING AT THE HEARING OR SUBMITTING WRITTEN TESTIMONY OR DOCUMENTS

Please indicate your name and contact information, if you support or oppose the legislation, and if you represent, or are part of an advocacy group. PUBLIC TESTIMONY will be limited to ONE HOUR, alternating between proponents and opponents of the bill. Each testifier may testify for up to TWO MINUTES to allow for a greater number of testifiers within the time allotted. All testimony must be directly related to Section 3 of the bill.
