Saint Paul, MN – Tomorrow, the House Preventing Homelessness Division will hear a DE amendment to HF 4255, which will serve as the Division Report, or an “omnibus bill” for the division. The bill will serve as the comprehensive funding bill for the legislation moved by the division. The proposal comprises a total of $143,950,000 in funds for various programs and services, including the homeless youth act, emergency service grants, safe harbor grants, emergency shelters, funds for Hennepin and Ramsey County services, and more.
