COLUMN: Representing All of Shakopee in the Minnesota House

Friday, January 11, 2019

Thank you so much for electing me to represent you in the Minnesota House of Representatives at the state capitol in St. Paul. I am honored to have been sworn in on Jan. 8 and am thrilled to be here working for you. Every day I will work toward my commitments to good, transparent government benefitting everyone in Jackson Township, Louisville Township, and the city of Shakopee.

For the next two years, I will serve as the vice chairman of the House Transportation Committee, in addition to also serving on the House agriculture, commerce, and corrections committees. These committee appointments give us a great opportunity to work on issues important to Shakopee, and I am excited to partner with Senator Pratt on many of them.

As we get started together, communication is key. If you ever need anything, want information about the process, or have ideas for work we should be doing, please connect with me at any time at our new office, No. 377 in the State Office Building in St. Paul, Minnesota 55155.

You can stop by and meet Addie, our legislative assistant. I will be in St. Paul Monday through Thursday from now until the end of session. As always, you can give me a call on our new number at 651-296-8872, email me at rep.brad.tabke@house.mn, and connect on Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram.

Thank you so much and I look forward to hearing from you.

Rep. Brad Tabke
