SAINT PAUL, Minn. – Rep. Ami Wazlawik (DFL – White Bear Township) has been appointed to the Environment and Natural Resources Conference Committee. House and Senate legislators who serve on this joint committee will work to reach consensus and craft a final bill to send back to each chamber for a vote.
“As Minnesotans, we appreciate every opportunity to spend time outdoors,” said Rep. Wazlawik. “We are proud of our environment and natural resources, and we want our neighbors and our children to be able to enjoy them too. I will keep fighting to protect these unique assets and Minnesotans’ health and wellbeing for many years to come.”
Conference committees are expected to begin meeting as soon as this week.
