RELEASE: Robbins Sworn-in as State Representative for First Term

SAINT PAUL, MN—Representative Kristin Robbins, R-Maple Grove, was officially sworn-in for her first term Tuesday as the legislature began the 2019 session in St. Paul. Legislators took the oath of office in the House Chamber. Robbins will represent District 34A which includes Dayton, Hassan Township, Rogers, and Maple Grove.

"I am honored and humbled to have the opportunity to represent the communities of District 34A at the State Capitol," said Robbins. "I have a lot to learn and am eager to get to work. I look forward to meeting with constituents and working with other members of the Legislature to solve problems and make Minnesota an even better place to live, work, and raise our families."

Robbins, who was elected to replace retiring House Majority Leader Joyce Peppin last November, will serve on the Health and Human Services Policy, Jobs and Economic Development Finance Division, and Judiciary Finance and Civil Law Division.
