I hope you had a wonderful Independence Day holiday.
I’m writing today to let you know about an important remote public hearing tomorrow at 10:00 a.m. featuring Andy Slavitt, former Acting Administrator for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) & United States of Care Board Chair, and one of the 10 most influential and prominent health care leaders in the United States.
Mr. Slavitt will deliver a presentation on the COVID-19 pandemic response in Minnesota and around the country, to the House’s select Committee on Minnesota’s Pandemic Response and Rebuilding, on which I serve. I plan on participating from home and you’re invited to tune in on Facebook or the Minnesota House of Representatives website.
